What is Real Baatein Club?
Real Baatein Club is a small guided conversation space for people who want to pause and understand what’s really going on in their lives.
Many of us carry questions about relationships, expectations, decisions, and emotions that don’t easily fit into everyday conversations. This space allows those thoughts to be explored openly and thoughtfully — without advice, judgement, or pressure.
Each circle is gently facilitated by Bela Maitrya, an internationally certified PCC Life Coach, using structured reflection prompts and shared dialogue that help participants hear themselves more clearly.
Participants often leave with greater clarity, relief, and a deeper understanding of what they are truly feeling or trying to decide.
Who is this space for?

What makes this space different?

• a lecture
• therapy
• networking
• advice-giving
It is a facilitated clarity conversation space where participants reflect together in a structured and respectful environment.
The intention is not to solve problems immediately, but to understand them more honestly.
A confidential and respectful space
Confidentiality is an important part of Real Baatein Club.
What is shared in the circle stays within the circle.
Participants are encouraged to speak honestly, knowing their experiences will be respected and not discussed outside the space. This helps create the trust needed for meaningful conversations.
Why we keep phones aside during the circle
Real Baatein Club is designed as a distraction-free space.
Keeping phones away allows participants to:
• stay present
• listen more deeply
• express themselves more openly
• step out of everyday noise
Even a short period of uninterrupted attention can change how we understand our own thoughts.
Who facilitates the space?
Real Baatein Club is facilitated by Bela Maitrya (www.belamaitrya.com), an internationally certified PCC Life Coach with experience supporting individuals and leaders in understanding emotions, relationships, and decision-making more clearly.
The conversations are gently guided so that everyone has space to reflect, speak, and listen in a balanced way.
A thoughtfully designed small-group experience
Each Real Baatein circle is intentionally kept small so participants have the time and comfort to engage meaningfully.
Interest in upcoming circles has been growing through conversations with individuals across age groups who are looking for spaces to pause, reflect, and connect more honestly with themselves and others.
